I have bought a Windows VPS from 1and1.com But as my software I am going to run on this VPS requires mod_rewrite to probably function. I will need to hire someone with expertise and experience with getting mod_rewrite to work… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Apache, Virtuozzo, Windows Server)
