Single page PSD to HTML/CSS conversion by seanchk

I have a two page design which I need converting to HTML and CSS. Attached is a png image of the first page. The second page will be the same basic design but a different layout. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PSD to HTML)
