I am looking for a programmer to build a WordPress framework and templates.
I have examples, pictures, descriptions of what I need. I will provide you with more information latter.
basically, I want framework to be able to adjust:
– background (color, pattern)
different backkgrounds for header, body and footer
– logo (pic/text/color)
– content blocks (3,3,3,3; 4,4,4; 9,3; etc…)
– addable widgets (admin add as many widgets as he wants and paste them according to the template)
