What I need done is have a program either via desktop application or via a web server to be able to load a list of websites and mass-create a thumbnail for the websites, their websites that are not hosted on my server… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, C++ Programming, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
