I have a free template downloaded with an email form. It’s very basic with just a name, email address and message. However it’s missing the form send functionality and I don’t have the time to do it. It’s a very simple job, I’m not looking for drop down boxes… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, PHP)
