Add aditional features to a basic app that displays hex by markgllmr

I have wrote a very small program that opens a bin file and displays it as hex. i need a feature added to it that will read the file and depending on what certain hex values are, will highlight a radio… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Software Architecture, Visual Basic)
