I am looking for someone to add a marquee text box to my website (see attachment) that will support text, links, images and live RSS feeds. There must also be css included to adjust size, background and borders.
The code must be web compliant and not produce any errors.
There are only two files to deal with. “index.template.php” and “index.css”.
