Basically we are a travel agency. We get calls for change of name and date etc. Which reservation office will view and make changes accordingly.
Staff- Login-
1) Selects Package, Reservation number -> Search
2) Search our MySQL database based on the package selected (we have around 7 different packages, will inform which package for which database)
3)Extracts information from the database.
4)Staff select – Date change , Name change or Remarks
5) Please note always only 2 passengers…
