I want to create a uploading site so people can host their files for free and also if you upload a video it can be streamed. The site needs to be 100% custom coded and we need to have a nice appealing site design. The site will be like http://www.putlocker.com/ or http://fileserve.com/ but with video.
We must be in total contact via MSN and we will use programs such as teamview so I can review code etc.
