I need a programmer that can code software from the ground up for both desktop applications and web-based applications as I will have ongoing projects. The project is to create an application that scrapes gig sites for information. The information would then be filtered per certain criteria and put into graphs or content templates for posting. Also, there will be a few calculations involved. The application would need to be able to insert data into the gig site as well. I would want activation of the software to work through license keys housed on a database online. Of course all rights for the software will go to me, and the software must not use stolen coding.
We will negotiate a fee and I will pay when the software is operational and tested. On this first software package the deal is if the software doesn’t work I do not pay. After this initial project, I plan to have many more over the coming months that would provide ongoing work. If you do well on the first application, then we can work with upfront deposits on other ones.
At least a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Management is desired for the candidate but related technical schooling or equivalent experience will also be considered. The candidate must show they possess the required specialized technical skills.
