I have a zen cart site, located at:

and would like to have the look-n-feel “cleaned up”. I would like the following done:
1. header and body colors to match
2. overall site font size increased by 1 point
3. create some form of border to make the pages “fit together” better
4. make sure all pop-up windows have the same color scheme as the site (not white background with black text)
I want a Zen Cart / CSS person.
