Add Sellers functions to Interspire Shopping Cart for $200 by asktate

I need some to add sellers function like Amazon. Allowing users to not only shop but sell their stuff as well, just like Amazon. I’m paying $200 for this project. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
