Hello again! PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING (also check back for updates)!!!
This POTENTIAL project has a few parts to it. Not a big budget here as usual. We are looking for a new 4×6 (inch) postcard design (front and back) and a new business card design (front w/ possible back). We have current ones (that I designed myself) but we want new designs and I either can’t think of something good enough or can’t make the idea work myself.
To be eligible for this project you MUST submit a mock sample of your ideas for this project. I do not mean samples of previous work either (unless deemed otherwise by me) I want a mock of MY project. Also if a winner is selected I’d be willing to put up to 50% of the bid total into escrow. Below are descriptions of what I’d like/etc…any questions please ask!

POSTCARD:
This is our main piece of business literature that we always hand out to any potential customer. On our current postcard we have one image on the front (no effects/etc just the original image) and one of our slogans (Take a Ride Back in Time)…on the back we have some text, our company name, phone number and website…along with a few smaller pictures (I will not be attaching an image of anything but the text for this as I do not want to influence the design by showing it). We’d like to be able to feature our 3 different carriages and potentially one other variation of one of our carriages on the cards. I have a few different ideas for this. Make a different front for each carriage/etc (total of 4)…one big image similar to now…maybe with some effects and/or swirly type lines (to fancy it up some) and then the same back on all of them. Or maybe have 1 big image on the front and somehow incorporate 3 smaller ones of the other carriages and just rotate the design so each carriage has a card with the bigger image. Orrrrrr….somehow incorporate all 4 images onto 1 card…so they are all visible and equal so to speak…maybe doing some type of blending or something I have no idea.
I have attached an image of the text we currently have on the back (post card back text.png)…for now I’d like to go as if we’re using the same text (it may change I’m not sure right now)…also the company name/phone/website (if not on the front)…along with possibly some smaller various pictures (like we kinda have now). Also I’d like to put a QR Code on there somewhere too. At first i was thinking about Facebook, Youtube, etc icons…but I think thats a little much for the amount of room we have.

BUSINESS CARD:
In reality we are trying to faze out using these…but I will still be having some on hand just in case. I have attached the current design in its entirety. I would like something that WOW’s a lot more than this…I’ve seen some cared where the whole card is an image with the text over it (be it directly or on colored bars or whatever and so on)…this could be a potential idea…or anything else someone may come up with. As you can see from the attached image of our current card we have our company name, slogan, phone, website and some basic info (a few words) about services we offer. I want all of that on the new card…I might be willing to get rid of the services we offer stuff though…just depends on the design.
Also we currently do NOT have back design on our business card. However I would be up for considering this to get more info or other pictures incorporated into the card. This would pretty much be a blank slate for you to do what you’d like and come up with something.

It would be kind of nice if the business card and postcard were maybe similar or looked like they go together or whatever…however this is not required.
You can use any pictures from our website www.carriage-limousine.com as i mentioned for the postcard the 4 different carriages/etc those would be the Cinderella, Victorian, Sleigh and Indian Carriage (they all have galleries on the Galleries page). However in the final version(s) I will select the exact pictures we want (but for now I do not have the time/etc to do this).
You must incorporate at least some of our colors which are Maroon (main color), white, silver, and even gold/black. Anytime our company name is used we would be using our one of a kind font (that I will NOT be sending you…so for now use something else)…same goes for our phone number and website (those are in Optima LT Medium).
