We have a complicated website with lots of pages, several libraries of articles, an extensive CMS for managing pages, revolving graphics, different background graphics and so on.
This site needs constant work.
Basically there are five tasks:
1. Trouble shooting problems in PHP.
2. Adding new functionalities.
3. Maybe eventually migrating the site to joomla or drupal or some other community-maintained CMS like that.
4. Making sure the site is – or stays – SEO friendly.
5. Actively advising us – and orienting internationally – about useful changes to the site.
I posted this job before, but no success. Either people did not really have the requirements, or they suddenly disappeared, or their English was minimal, and so on.
So in order to not waste each others time, please note these requirements:
1. Experience in similar projects (Please note this: you need to have at least 5 SL reviews that are relevant to this job).
2. Know PHP
3. Reasonable English. Let’s just simply say that I should be able to understand what you are saying.
3. Communicate through Skype with voice (have working headphone and Skype account).
4. Respond to e-mails within 24 hours under normal circumstances and even faster when site has serious problems.
