This theme takes the (free) standard installation of Vanilla Forums and give it a visual boost, focusing on improving the layout when used as a support forum.
Key Features
Status Tagging – We’ve enhanced tagging so that you can specify the ‘Support Status’ tags you require, then use these as visual flags, allowing all users to quickly see the status of a support request.
The theme comes with 3 support status flags enabled:
- New
- Pending
- Resolved
- Non-assigned requests showing as ‘Uncategorized’
But these status flags are completely customizable – you can easily add, change and remove them so that they best represent the way your support system works.
CSS Less – We’ve also employed Less CSS to make changing the default Converse colors a breeze. This allows you to quickly customize this theme to suit your organization’s brand.
Converse is simple to install and detailed documentation is included so non-web developers are guided through all install/customize process as well.
The required plugins are also included, to get you up and running as quickly as possible:
- CSS Less – enables client side processing of Less CSS files if required
