We need a website built from the ground up (art, etc…) with a store front. Obviously we want to work closely with the person designing the site while keeping costs down. At this point we have nothing, no domain name, host, etc….. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: eCommerce, HTML, Shopping Carts, Website Design)
