We would like to have a custom form developed within Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.1. This form should be developed using either OAF or Oracle Forms. The forms should be called from the existing PERWSHRG form and have some values pre-filled in the new form. The data should go to a new custom table within Oracle E-Business Suite.
