The coordinators will narrow down a list of golf courses in a database by certain criteria such as location and amentities then fill out a basic form with contact information and details about thier event this contact information will then be emailed to the golf courses they selected. The site needs to have other pages dedicated to free information about running an outing including a section were they can download or print templates such as registration forms and donation request letters to make running thier golf outing less time consuming.
