I am looking forward to look for expertise who can create a market place /e-commerce website like e-bay.
It will be targeted for people to use in my country who wish to open a shop and for consumers in my country to buy as well.
I really like the design in rakuten,and www.taobao.com
I would like to create a system too where I can issue credits something exactly like paypal as well.
Besides that, I want it to have features where users can chat live with the merchant as well
Those merchants who wish to open a shop, can be given a choice to choose their design. It can be from basic to complicated ones to display their shop.
