OVERALL:
The site will need to have a nice looking, original-looking pages, a database, and a user friendly admin panel. I can supply an admin panel template, but will need to be customized. I will pay extra for each component of the site that “pops” (is better than expected). I like things that make a site unique and clean lines.
The site will allow customers to post logo and logo-type projects, where freelancers will make designs for a chance to win 1st place and be awarded the prize money and (no cost) points for the contest.
SITE SPECIFIC FEATURES
______Design CONTEST SUBMISSION SITE where people pay non-refundable $19 + extra option fees for (featured, private, rush options). The price should autochange when the extras are clicked. All post text turns red when less than 48 hours. They can pick any 7-14 days or 48hour rush.
______The site will have a LOGO STORE where designers can submit their general logo designs and get paid 50% on purchased designs.
______There will be a “FEATURED DESIGNERS” section which will start with the highest rated designer on down, with a work sample and a link to their page
______There will be a DESIGNER’S “GIFTSHOP” which will allow designers to redeem points earned for posting work. (1st place = 25 points, 2nd place = 8 points, 3rd place = 4 points, 4th place = 2 points, and submitting to a contest gets 1 point).
______There will be a working FACEBOOK “LIKE” BUTTON on all of the designs and contests
______The PAYMENT SYSTEM needs to be connected to paypal and ability to expand. (The only non-refundable costs will be a $19 fee and any extra ad features such as having the ad featured or private.

You will be compensated for better than expected work. I give bonus money all the time when deserved.
UNREGISTERED VIEWERS- THINGS VIEWABLE BY VISITORS:
______Able to browse the various content driven pages of the website.
______Able to use search box or to click on radio boxes for logo design categories
______Able to facebook “like” designs
______Able to register as a designer or as clients
SET UP ACCOUNT FEATURES:
______Both designers and contest posters will be able to select the email notifications they want to receive
______Both designers and contest posters will have to agree to the TOS link and Code of Conduct (text)on the page at registration
ADDITIONAL FEATURES FOR DESIGNERS:
______Ability to register/log in/manage profile – save needed information including
country (not address) and email preferences
______Have to submit a logo ‘sample’ and be approved by site admin
______Abilty to submit designs to posted projects
______Ability to submit designs to “Logo Store”
______Ability to automatically earn and then redeem points for prizes in giftshop
