Create script to generate letter from php forms by Vfinder29

I am looking for a script that will take values from fields in a PHP form and automatically generate the letter that will allow a user to print it, and save it. The script must be customizable to allow me to customize it to the exact names of the fields… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, XML)
