For this project, I will have a set of layered PSD files which will need to be converted to fully functional CSS/XHTML compliant page templates.
Before bidding, please provide samples of previous work demonstrating previous success with converting PSD files to functional XHTML web templates.
The finished product should include CSS stylesheets reflecting the various elements displayed in the PSD’s such as sidebars, menus, etc.
