WordPress Fixes With Ecommerce

Hi , I need a excellent WordPress / ecommerce developer to fix my clients website. The people who had the project before me made a mess of the website and a few things need to be fixed. Below is the list.

Im looking for a long-term developer as we have overload of work and would like to deal with one good developer rather then looking for developers every week. If you do a good job you will get many more projects from us weekly. So only developers looking for long term work apply.

Here is what needs to be done the website is here : http://fastnzhosting.co.nz/harrison/

Harrison Project things need to be done :

1) The payment page needs to be cleaned up and some additonal fields added to the check out page. Once the payment has been made , a invoice should be generated and sent to the person who purchased the course.

2) In the admin section :

Under Send Newsletter in the ALO EasyMail Newsletter screen there are checkboxes for
All Subscribers and All Registered Users. There needs to also be a checkbox for
Registered but NOT subscribed to capture those who have yet to sign up for the
newsletter.

3) In the Admin for store stetings :

In setting up a coupon “PMP110404” and applying it to the 2011-04-04 PMP
Preparation Study Intensive course product, the tax amount and the 10% coupon
amounts are processed incorrectly. The $2495 price should be discounted [before tax]
by $249.5, providing a subtotal to which GST of 15% is applied. Instead Tax is
calculated at $149.70 and the discount is $249.50. Tax worked in this example when
the discount was not applied.

This needs to be fixed so the Tax is processed processed correctly.

4)

There needs to be a easy link to the store, so that clients can go direct to the page to
select items to purchase. On the existing HIL site there is the Public Courses Page,
which provides clients the easy access to available courses. This would be the
equivalent.

A button “Book Now” next to the public course schedule heading (on the Left) will enable direct
access to the shop catalogue listing.

6)
The screen that indicates the transaction was successful does display the items
purchased. However:
– It needs to satisfy New Zealand law regarding tax invoices (and mirror the invoice
sent to the customer)
– There needs to be a line break between the introductory paragraph and the first item
– It should display like an invoice with “TAX INVOICE” and GST number at the top, and
with purchase subtotal, discounts, GST paid, and total as a minimum
– Display the HIL logo and postal address and email/phone information
– Link to terms of sale
– Should NOT include Facebook Share or Tweet on it. We don’t want this publicly
shared in anyway shape or form.

**A copy of the TAX invoice layout can be provided by the client.

7)
Contact page does not send the form data to Hiway at harrison.co.nz as expected. It did
have a gmail account, presumably for developer testing, but in changing the reference
to Hiway at harrison.co.nz form data is not received by me. In fact the system
generates an error message to the sender. Hiway at harrison.co.nz does receive email
as I have tested it separately:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at rakiura.webbase.net.nz.
I’m afraid I wasn’t able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I’ve given up. Sorry it didn’t work out.

8)

When logged on as a user and going to Check Out, all the countries are listed as a
single string following the total price. The layout of the whole form from that point is
corrupted from a layout perspective.

9)

The form for recording customer purchases needs to include phone and email. These
are part of the original registration form HIL uses, and without this information
contacting the client will be time consuming if not virtually impossible. Under
Dashboard / Store / Sales, and selecting transaction details, the Billing Details of a
purchase do not include email details, which may be the only thing a user can be
tracked by depending on how they populate other fields. Email is the only field
required to be unique in the system for registered users.

10)

The Public Courses panel on the left hand side of the Home Page either does not seem
to expand as new items are added, and/or the addition of new items does not work as
expected. The Public Courses panel gets cropped at the bottom when a second item is
added (assuming the add actually worked), not showing the second item, and losing
the bottom of the blue frame.

Ok now that you know what is required , I need a very good developer to fix this! The clients price is $USD 250. 00 I will accept bids around that area. Also this is very important, payment will be made on completion of the project , Not before or esscrow. If you are not happy with this please do not bid. As we want to establish a relationship and we have been messed around on this site too much.

Other then that Happy bidding !
