Making a copy of a wordpress site on another domain by davidwinner

My site http://www.avelim.co.il/ runs on wordpress 3.2.1 in Hebrew. I run the Weaver 2.2.6 theme + 81 active plugins. The site has 10000 posts, and 3000 comments. I need to make a copy of this sute on another URL for testing purposes… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
