We are looking for a web savvy person to do data entry for our webstore.
Basically we sell computer parts but do not want to use overly concise and misleading product information.
We like to have product information copied from the manufacturer’s webpage and formatted to suit our product pages.
The position will consist of:
– Entering products into our product database this includes shipping dimensions, pricing, wholesale prices.
– HTML formatting information to display on our website
– Proof reading current products in the database.
– Adding new products and removing discontinued products.
What you will need:
– Knowledge of image-editing software.
– Able to screen capture web pages and cut out an image.
– Use of WYSIWYG html formatting
– Having knowledge of meta data is also highly preferred but not necessary
We will provide you with details on what products need to be entered.
We are looking for someone to work for about 6 months. Once the bulk of the product data is complete. The position will turn into a maintenance role.
