I would like to make a child theme to a theme i purchases called CouponPress. I have it live at www.rexburgcoupons.com. The following is what I think I would like to do. I would need the final file to be in a Zip format that I can use on different sites if I expand in the future… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
