Need Help Setting Up Paypal Checkout

I had a programmer install osCommerce shopping cart but I can’t get the checkout to work correctly. May even be PayPal settings but I need to get this fixed now. Prefer someone with Skype to stay informed. Site is located at http://crappieholic.com/
