I am interested in setting up a database in the cloud that can take over our current asset register system.
We are after a streamlined web based solution to account, edit & log equipment.
We are a IT equipment service base maintenance company, we have a large client base where all our client we have created excel spreadsheets which we update & edit manually
We are after a cloud based solution that we can simply log in to with username & password details, select site, then using the current data from our excel spreedsheets create a dashboard that can be useable for us to add new assets, edit existing & re locate equipment defined in certain locations.
we may need visuals such as mapping of assets in locations so our technicians can locate equipment & be more efficent.
