WordPress Plugin Settings Page – Add Row by weyland44

I have a settings page in WordPress. On the page I have two fields Item, Color I want to be able to click "Add item" and add as many items as I want on the page. 1 or 1000. Example… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, Software Architecture)
