Transfering Information From Email In Link To Cvsread File

I am using CVSRead to populate a CVSWrite form. In addition I am sending out an email to members. Is there anyway that I can retrieve the email address from the email in the link from the email to the CVSRead form and have it inserted as the search field in the CVSRead script?
