An entertainment company based in Cyprus, is looking for an animation supervisor, in order to set up and oversight an overseas animation production structure.
Client is looking to explore a Webisode serie to be broadcast online [ as example :

and looking to perform a Digital Content Monetization :

The storyboard, characters, voices, backgrounds already aproved, wll be provided to selected team.
You will have to conduct a local animation supervision, in order to produce a monthly rate of 8 minute of animation.
The company is under pre-production of the overall conceptual development, but might still be open to valid sugestions.

Due to the low seed capital, this production is looking for a long term relathionship, but ad a perk, an equity based position is offered to the supervisor ( a shareholder on the IP and all revenue stream ).
