Take a look at Homedics.com. On their homepage, there is a Best Selling, Clearance, and New Product listing. I would like these duplicated for my site.
– Top selling only needs to show 4 items, not 8 like on the homedics site.
– Should be able to add or remove products from any of the 3 categories
– Description on the left should be duplicated as well. Home page is 1 column layout.
– Link in the description area should link to page showing all of the products available.
– If there are more than 4 products in a category, being able to pick which ones go on the homepage.
This is for a new site, currently in development using Magento 1.6.1
