Need a logo designed and top banner design for the site located at weightbanz(.)com

This theme uses a 24-bit PNG logo image with transparency. It should be 360 x 80 px.
I will provide the logo design specifics.
I am unsure of the top banner size(black area at the top of the page)
but I would like for it to fade a mixture of pictures that
I will provide in and out.
I need this quick as I have wasted a week with another programmer.
