Character Fix / Encoding

Hello,

I have a PHP/mySQL built website. On one of the pages in the website has issues showing Swedish Å Ä Ö characters. I think its some encoding issue either on the PHP page or in the mySQL database.

I need this fixed now within 1-3 hours.
