I need a signup form for getresponse (www.getresponse.com) that I can put into a Joomla site and that will allow people to choose which of my getresponse campaigns they want to sign up to. I have 4 campaigns, but only want to use one form (the standard getresponse forms only allow you to attach one campaign to each form, meaning I’d need 4 different forms on my site!).
I want the form to have name and email fields, as well as a dropdown menu so they can select which campaign they want to sign up to.
