I want to create a site to work just like this site (http://compfight.com/) , but more improved and the design must look different but the functionality must be more like the same but improved.
Please evaluate this site and before you bid you must understand API technology as this is the technology that is used in creating this site along with understanding compliance and usage rights.
My documentation is not extremely descriptive, but the site itself provides the description as a site that uses API technology from Flikr to retrieves images from Flickr as a means to create a stand alone site for searches.
We would like the site to draw as many page views as possible while providing the user plenty of pictures to see page per page.
This is a very simply application, but it has to look amazing and function extremely well.
