CallRevu.com –
Backend: This one needs to have the ability to record and transcribe phone calls, place the recordings into a que for review and generate reports based on the call data and reviewing agents notes. It must also have the ability to send both emails and text notifications to the clients about the calls. Must have the ability to set up accounts for each customer and customize call dispositions.
Frontend: Must be easily updateable using either dreamweaver or a standalone CSS editor. Must include embedded video, RSS feeds, contact forms, etc. See CallRevu.com

This one is pretty simple – I don’t need all the secure ordering features etc, just the forms to submit the orders. The rest is pretty simple to figure out.
DealerRater.com / PrestoReviews.com – Need a better version of these sites, all the same function but way better appearance. Must have backend management of adspace, reviews etc. – Essentially a Review website that creates search engine optimized reviews automatically and places them on a “Dealer Rater / Google Places” type page. But all reviews will be placed in a que allowing the business being reviewed a chance to review and respond before the review goes live on the site. Once reviewed and responded, you simply click a button that allows the review to go live on the site.
