Wanting a site similar to the one mentioned in the attached doc.
1. Ability to sell leads at a fixed price
2. Paypal integration
3. I want to build a mailing list so need the ability to store peoples email addresses by logging in to purchase leads or registering before being allowed to purchase
4. The data will come in a CSV file and there needs to be a way of importing this into a database.
Leads will be fixed price. Once a lead is sold leave it in the shop available for purchase.
Low budget, quick turnaround project.
