What I need done :
1) Create a basic blog template where the actual blogging can take place, post page, archive page
2) Create a basic search results template that will display the results when someone searches the site.
3) Create a page template. If you notice, there’s a page template in place that when selected, it displays all the pages that are part of that parent menu in a sidebar. Eg here: http://bit.ly/oFPMCN
What I need is for the pages that are part of the main navigation AND contain subpages to display the right menu level.

This template draws images from each page listed in that menu. If you hover over the page you will see that it has a text window. That text I need it to be controlled via a custom field for each page.
I need this done in majority in 8-10 hours from award, today.
Budget is $160, no escrow, payment in full once done.
