I’m looking for a programmer to create a real estate website template per my specifications. It will include a CMS backend, completely customized design per my specifications.
I will own all rights to the design, files, etc and will be entitled to re-sell said template to anyone I want without limitation. ie- you may not use anyone else’s design or files that cannot be reproduced or used for resale.

I would offer a 25% down payment, the rest to be negotiated with final payment upon successful use & implementation of the site to a 3rd party.
