Video preview must be supported by Flash and HTML5 with Google WebRTC API (https://sites.google.com/site/webrtc/) – site must detect which one to use by browser type/version
HTML 5, CSS 3, Ajax, jQuery, components rendered by jQuery UI (dropdowns, menus, inputs, ..)
Site must support internationalization.
Design can be very simple like wire-frame (can look ugly) because we are also web masters and we know hot to do it.
CAUTION: Flash is used only for video preview. All other is pure HTML and Javascript – jQuery, even video controls (volume slider, picture settings – brightness, contrast, saturation, …). Site must be view-able when flash is not enabled.
