I have a vBulletin forum and the default attachment size is much too small. This forum will have many images posted by the users, so I want to change the forum settings so that the images (when clicked) will pop up full size or a new tab will pop up with the full size image… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP, vBulletin)
