I have a website that needs editing. Currently, a user logs in, and creates a client (name, address, etc). Then he fills in information about the client using various form fields. That information is stored in a mysql database… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
