I have a form on my web page where a user types a keyword.
On submit, send keyword to Google API (all code already supplied by Google, you just have to configure it).

After submitting keyword to Google API, receive keyword suggestions and placement suggestions from Google.
Save to a mysql database.
End of job.
Google has already supplied the php code to handle the requests, but you need to understand what they have done, and be able to use it.
Again, it would be a good idea to read their documentation before bidding, to make sure you can do it.
Probably 10 to 40 lines of code need to be written.
This should be a quick job for a coder who knows what they are doing.
