I need a logo designed for my new website/business

I would like something like the cell phone in the top left corner with the red circles (I can supply this psd file if needed)and the company name “Responsive Mobile Media”
I must be able to have the original photoshop psd file.
Bidders must have a logo portfolio for me to see.
