I am seeking a clever programmer to develop a web based graphic design application.

There are two (2) main functions I need to be incorporated into my application.
Function 1:
Will be like of the ‘Headline Creator’ function you see here: http://freegraphiccreator.com/ , however I will be requiring more design / editing functions to be programmed into the new app. Including…..
• The ability to have many more font styles options (not just the 6 styles H1, H2, etc as is currently the case)
• The ability to edit font style independently in the ‘Pre-Headline’- Main Headline’ and ‘Sub headline (in the example app. above, that cannot be done)
• The ability to add ‘Shadow’ effects / colors to any font
style.
• The ability to Edit ‘Shadow’ colors
• The ability to adjust the sizing of all the ‘Copy Doodle add ons’ into an image (eg. Resize circles, highlights, underlines etc using a ‘drag’function)
• The ability to rotate all copy doodle images.
• The ability to adjust / edit the line spacing in the ‘Main Headline’ field.
• The ability to set ‘character spacing (as in MS Word Font Formatting)
• The ability to add multiple ‘Copy Doodle add ons’ into an image ( in the above example only one ‘copy doodle’ from each of the categories can currently be added)
• The inclusion of many more ‘Copy Doodle add ons’ in each category (at the moment there are 4 to 5 ‘doodles’ in each category Highlight, Circles, Underlines, etc). There are to be at least 15 design options in each category
• The category ‘Extra Doodles’ is to be removed and replaced with other specific new doodle categories ( eg , Stars, Ticks, Text, $ signs, Stamps
Function 2:
Is to be a function close to the example of the ‘Web Wizard’ function you see on this web page http://www.copydoodles.com/demos/ (go to the bottom of the page, click on the ‘Web Wizard’ image and you will then view a video showing you an example of how this function works)
Other New Function Considerations:
• The app. should function on a Linux server platform (NOT Windows Server)
• For reason of copyright / and design protection, the design of the web based app. can NOT in any way resemble the look and feel of the http://freegraphiccreator.com/ application.
• There is to be an ‘Optin Form'( Subscription Form) incorporated in the web page design, to function like this
On completing the design the user requires, the user must complete the optin (subscription) form by entering in their vaild email address.
When the user does this, (and the email address is validated) the ‘Save Graphic as JPG’ button will only then become active. When that button is clicked, the user will then be allowed to download the graphic to their machine. (If a validated email address is not entered into the relevant ‘email address’ field, the user cannot download the graphic.
