I am looking to build a website that allows users to sign up and post ads for free. The posting will be picture or pdf based (like newspapers) rather than word based (like e-bay). Some ad categories will charge fees… (Budget: $250-$750 AUD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
