I would like to get this script updated. I tried installing it on my server, but can’t get it to work:

It dates back to 2004, so no doubt needs some updating. Would also like to update it and get it working with the http://bitly.com API to shorten the URLs the script generates.
This is just for fun, so I’m hopeful this isn’t a big deal, but please don’t underbid just to get the job. I want someone who can get it done well.
