Create one more PHP page, based on template of others by riffcircus

hi there, I have a website where each page is its own PHP page (eg. video.php, about.php). It isn’t some kind of .htaccess hack. each page, is its own php file. there is no PHP template engine in place, nor does it use a framework… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP)
