I need someone to create a simple HTML page for me, layed out with 5 paypal shopping cart buttons and view cart button.
I want it to look like this, http://goo.gl/x1S3n, but different for obvious reasons.
The purpose of this page is to sell gift certificates for a day spa.
This is fairly easy task, I just need the page and not the back-end set up with paypal.

I will simply swap the mock buttons with the real thing, once I’m ready.
Tasks:
– 1 html page that sells gift certificates
a.) Visitor will have the option to select from 1 or more gift cerfticate denominations: $50, $100, $200, $300, $500
b.) The page will be layed out with 5 paypal “Add to cart” buttons and 1 “View Cart button”, each “Add to cart” button representing 1 denomination: $50, $100, $200, $300, $500.
c.) Each paypal add to cart option will have 3 form fields: – Recipient’s Name, Recipient’s Telephone Number, Special instructions to be sent along to paypal as part of the transaction.
d.) The page will have an area, where I can add instructions in text, that will give the user 5 steps on how to order a gift certificate online
e.) I want the page to be layed out in a clean, simple, user-friendly manner.
